Weigh-In: Week 2

Good morning!

The week 1 weigh-in was pretty great, so I felt pressured to hit that loss again.  I have to remember that a loss is still a loss...  

I lost 2 lbs this past week, which brings my total loss (since being on the AIP elimination diet) to 7 lbs.  My TOTAL loss for 2018 so far is 10.4 lbs.  Woo hoo!!!!!

My only cheat items again were a half of a granola bar and diet coke.  I haven't had a full-blown headache yet.  While I'm super thrilled about this, I have to wonder now what's causing it.  Tomatoes? Mushrooms? Pasta?  Hmmm.  We'll see once I start adding foods back in a few weeks.

I'm pleased with my progress and do feel motivated right now.  RIGHT NOW - being the key.  I want to do this.  I don't want to go back to feeling shitty and I have to remind myself that I can and must do this.

I need to start tackling exercise.  I have several options at my disposal, but as with many things - it's a matter of just doing it. :)
